At the beginning of the meeting a w/m with a name tag of was the spokesperson. He began the b6 meeting by having describe b7C differences in certain American ags. ag with fringe around it was described as a Maritime Flag andl indicated it was not the proper flag. [> _—_—si«diisaid’ this flag hung in the court room and people didn’t have to obey the judges because this wasn’t the correct flag.[____—Jsaid the correct flag didn’t have fringe, and at this time he started to take this flag down, as if he was going to throw it on the floor. He said every person is a member of the MALITIA. He quoted Federal Law 10 USC 311A and State SS 44, Article 3, Section 41. He stated that every person in the United States is obligated by law to be a member of the MALITIA from age 17 to 70. He stated the Cleveland Co Group would be trained in survival and firearms. He stated the Cleveland Co MALITIA would be broke up into groups of 10 to 20 people called Cells. The Cells would elect a Cell leader. They would hold meeting then the Cell leader would meet with other Cell leaders and the leader of the Cleveland Co MALITIA. He said this way each Cell would know its members.
