Fulani, who launched her campaign at a news conference outside the United Nations Wednesday, said she hopes to get her New Alliance Party on the ballots of 21 states by the end of the year. ; Her supporters hope to garner enough signatures to get on the ballots in all rs 50 states by early 1988, she said. ‘'! am announcing my candidacy for the presidency of the United States,'' Fulani told a handful of supporters, promising her campaign would ''address the gillious ef dmericans who seek a profound change in the destructive polictes of this country.'' Fulani, 37, said her campaign would seek support from both black and white fl Americans who have seen little difference between both major parties.
