I read in the news today that the FBI is investigating the National Rifle Association at tne request of our so called dustice Dept. at the taxpayers expense, of course. I wonder if you have any information concerning tre basis for this investigation? Ce One ee In my opinion there are hundreds of sub- versive organizations in this country that seriously warrant a tnrough investigation otner than the N..A. Has the Justice Dept. instigated any in- vestigations of the Black Panthers, Blackston Rangers, Black United front, American Civil Libertys Union or any of the organizations disruoting our colleses tocay? If not, can Con- gress direct the®BI to do this? I haven't heurd of any WRA members murdering policemen or staging battlefield type street demonstrations. .
