In this way the telephone call BIC would be trapped and the number from which the call was placed could be ascertained. [advised that he had not received any threatening phone calls since the two that were placed on ' December 13th, 1995. stated that the threatening letter_received by him was given to the Minneapolis Police Department. referred to the letter as a "hate letter".
