It is requested that PBIHQ Laboratory Latent Print Section conduct latent fingerprint analysis on the enclosed letter and envelope. It is requested that the Forensic Analysis Section, Question Document Unit determine the type of typewriter P or computer used to create the letter and compare the letter to any on file in the Anonymous/Extortion Letter file. It is requested that both sections compare the analysis of this letter to the analysis conducted on the letter postmarked 01/27/2001. Further, the handwriting on the two envelopes should also be compared.
