n 4/4/00, NO ived approximately eleven (11) threatening messages posted on
their web pagefvww.now.org. advised that the person(s) posting these messages was filling
out a “comment” form onthe web. The person(s) posting these messages has only been identified by
their IP address(es). NOW was unable to trace/identify the actual e-mail address/account used to
post these messages. When_a person fills out a2 "comment" form on the web, it asks for the person's
name, e-mail address cio frated that a person could make up fictitious information to fill in
the form, including the e-mail address. The IP addresses are the actual ones captured by NOW’s
systems personnel. The names and e-mail addresses used on 04/04/00 are as follows:
