information furnished to Assistant United States Attorne AUSA)
by Special Agent (SA) on
February 28, 1996.
Investigation was predicated on a bomb threat which was
e-mailed to the NOW Headquarters in Trenton, NJ. Newark
conducted a careful review of all information submitted to the
captioned file regarding attempts to locate source of message and
concluded that no specific evidence was able to link an
individual(s} to this threat.
On February 28, 1996 the details reported above were
presented to AUSA for a prosecutive opinion. b6
In view of the facts, declined prosecution. b7C
