Enclosed is a report prepared by this Comm- ittee on Dr. Stranges which may be of interest. The letters cited in our report, including two in which the writers state Dr. Stranges implied he was associated with the FBI (underlined in red), are available for inspection here. We also have a thick file of letters from Dr. Stranges, or about him, which are not cited -in the enclosed report.
