As you well know, the National Investigation Committee on
Aerial Phenomena has done this for many years and has been a
thorn in the side of many governmental agencies during this. ~
period including the FBI, the Air Force, Department of Defense,
various Congressional Committees and individual Congressmen and
Senators. wey
. Could not we possibly invoke this law to curtail the
- activities of this organization in a manner similar to that
described in the inclosed article?
