had a membership of approxinately 300, but after the death of NOBLE DREW ALI
the majority of the members ceased to attend meetings and are no longer active.
A list of the present active members of the organization was obtained and is
set out hereinafter,

allegiance to any Govermment except the United States, stating that part of
their teaching was that they shold be loyal to this country and obey the laws
of the land. He advised that he had never heard any statements made at meet-
ings or by any members of this organiazstion concerning 4 revolution against
the United States or any coalition with the Japanese government. He stated
that no mention had ever been made concerning the deferment of members of
that organization from service in the Armed Forces,

zation and that he felt that he had knowledge of all its teachings. He stated
that the only subjects of discussion or teaching at meetings of the Moorish
Science Temple were those set forth in the Holy Koran, and that no mention
was ever made concerning the Selective Service Laws or of any revolution to
be instituted by the organization. The only time he ever heard the Japanese
mentioned was with regard to their being of Moorish descent as were negroes,
Egyptians, Hindus, and others, He advised that it was a teaching of the
organization that members should obey all laws of this country, should
respect the United States Flag; and he definitely stated that. there had
never been any sediticua statements made by anyone while he was present at
