the Selective Service Laws and there are no delinquencies reported in

was born June 4, 1886, at Clarksville, Tennessee. He stated in his Occupational
Questionnaire that he was the savior of the world, The investigation conducted
thus far has shown no indication that there are any pro—Japanese sentinents
or subversive activities being conducted by this organization,
The investigation further shows that J. SHELBY EL and ALnERt STRICKIAND,
who is an assistant to SHELBY, attemptcd to organize a branch of the Moorish
Science Temple near Milestone, Mississippi, which resultcd in the arrest of
Seviral mombcrs at Milestone during which time SHEIBY and STRICKLAND returned
to Chicago, there prescntly bcing an indictment outstanding against them in
the State of Mississippi. The details of this will be found in the investiga—
tion conducted in the Jackson Field Division.
