is as follows: "I receive your letter date June 24, 1942, and I am
very sorry that the doctor and the board got the wrong conseption about
my statesent during the time he was about toe take ay blood test. The
question about the matter is that 1 discovered that ay duscription of
registrant was check wrong and when I asked them about the rectification
they didn't seem that they wanted to give me cousideration., It is
written in our Devine questionnaire on page 4, quustion 62. It saids

The ice questionnaire also reflects that on
June 22, 1942, BEY had written a letter requesting a dupli-
cate registration ¢a O replace the one hv had lost, in which he also
requested that his nationality be listed as Moorish-samerican and complexion
be checked as olive, "because the negro problem is being solve only as it
can and that is by the Mocrish National Devine Movement incorporated
in this Govermaent."

was given a physical examination. On January 18, 1943, he requested that
the induction order he had received from nis Richmond Board on January 15,
1943, be transferred to Local Draft Board #13, 882 Park avenue, Baltimore,
