He stated that he did- recall that there were some Negroes who had the above-mentioned last names, but that inasmuch as he had many thousends of employees it would be difficult for him to go through the lists as they were not filed alphabctically by the names of HEY or EL but rether by the middle name which in reality would be the Negro's’ last neme.
