At the above noted time, Special cont CD Number One Man, Kansas City Field fivision, telephonically con- tacted the writer and advised that the Kansas City Office had apprehended seventeen colored individuals in Kansas City, as of this date for violations of the Selective Service Act. The organization at Kansas City, which is a branch; has apparently from seventy-five to one hundred members, and they mect at irregular intervals.
