FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION
Date August 11, 1964
was advised of the
terviewing Agents and was told by SA
that he might talk to an attorney or
any other person ne might so desire prior to making any
statements and that if he was unable to obtain the services
of an attorney, the appropriate U. 8. District Judge would
appoint an attormmey to represent him. Additicnally, he
was informed that any statement which he did make could be
used against him in a court of law and that he was under
no obligation to make this statement, that no threats or
promises were made to him and that any statement which he
might make should be freely and voluntarily made.
