He advised that a meeting was scheduled on 9/10/93 at 10:00 AM at the office of the Los Angeles District Attorney, 310 West Temple, 17th Floor. On Sept 7, 1993, sal _| contacted AUSA Patricia Donahue, (213) 894-0640 asking if she would like to attend the meeting. On September 8, 1993, AUSA Donahue advised that she checked with her front office and they had made the decision that the United States Attorney was not interested in prosecuting Michael Jackson for a violation of the Mann Act. She also indicated she would not be attending the meeting at the District © Attorney's Office. BIC On September 8, 1993, ssA[___———_—sdY:séFiBIHQ, VCMO, was advised of the scheduled meeting and concurred that the FBI could assist the Los Angeles Police Department and the Santa Barbara Sheriff's Office, under a Domestic Police Cooperation matter. On September 10, 1993, a meeting was held at the Los Angeles County District Attorney's conference room.
