Byron De La Beckwith, charged with the 1963 |
murder of civil rights leader Medgar Evers, fears he
Cannot get a fair trial if he is returned to Mississippi |
for Prosecution, his court-appointed attorney said
Tuesday.
“People have told him that times have changed in
Mississippi,” said Chattanooga lawyer Russell Bean,
