Presumably he left Los Angeles in his white Mistang on this date, proceeding to New Orleans where he left a box of clothing for Marie Martin's little daughter, Marian de Grassee, at Charles Stein's cousin Theresa Stone's residence, 4019 Royal Street (4143; Hule, p. 108). . .
