Communist Party (CP) in 1943, 1946, and 1947. He has been a member

Dick Arens, House Committee on Un-American Activities,udvised that
the Committee would like to have Miller appear before the Committee on
6-12-56, 6-13-56, or 6-14-56. Arens advised the Committee knows
Miller was a@ CP member in 194} but is unable to locate a live witness
that can put him in the Party. Arens inquired us to whether the
Bureau could furnish a Photostat of Miller's CP card. we informed
Arens the requested data was not available.
