BU 100-12315 Subject is currently on the Security Index and ner security Index Card is not current as it is in the process of being transferred to the Los Angeles Office. Subject's card is not tabbed for DETCOM. It is recommended that the-subject be continued on the Security Index as her current activities come within the criteria set forth in SAC Letter 55-30. The Buffalo Office has a number of good photographs of the subject. BU 185-Ss on June 25, 1956, advised that subject believed her brother, NORMAN-POSENSTE 1IN, would be the best man for ARTIZ —#:ILLER in his forthcoming marriage with MARILYN-4ONROE. According to BU 185-S%, subject mentioned that “Wu MILLER and her brother nad been very close friends for years. W) 7D [|__| enonynoas, a source close to #VELYN IRSAY, advised on May > 1956, that UVELYN IRSAY had the following note in her possession: “Dear Sophie "Saturday 11:00 a.m. at Evelyn's house 93 Lafayette. I'll take care of Shirley's Club, Frants Club and my club on attendance. Will you take care of tne rest? It's O.K. for Helens on S. Nevelyn " Tt is believed that this note is from EVELYN IRSAY to SOPHIS GOFF regarding a Commanity Section meeting which would be held at the residence of EVSLYN-—BIRNBAUM, 93 Lafayette Avenue, Buffalo, New York. The pretext “interview mentioned in in under date of February 25, 1951 was made by SA of the Los Angeles Office. posed as a solicitor having the wrong Fetephons | aun er.
