or 1940, he had stgned what he thought te be at application
for a atudy course in Marziam but that ke did not know the
exact nature of the application. He refuped to discuss
aottvities of any other individuals and wee, therefore, -on
July 85, 1956, etted for contempt of the Heuse of Repreo
sentatives, United States Congress. Contempt of Congress
