Africa, addresaed to an unknown African delegate to the Organi-
zation of African Unity Conference in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia,
was read. In the letter, MALCOLM X informed the delegates that
if the latter needed recruits to join the rebel military forces
in the Congo, to aid Griving the white mercenary forces cf
Congo President OCMO HOMBE out of the Congo, he, MALCOLM X,
could obtain ten thouSand recruits in the Harlem section of New
York City.
There was no answer to the letter to the African
delegate and no call for recruits was made at the above
meeting. No statement was made that would indicate that
any such call for recruitment would be made.

Relation With Organization of
Afro-American Uni OAAU
The MMI is in regular contact with the OAAU since
both are headed by MALCOLM X and both have their headquarters
within the same office. However, the OAAU is led by indi-
viduals who are not members of the MMI and the latter have
no apparent official connection with the OAAU, However,
