ACKO, JR., attorney at law, 217 Weat 125th Street, New York City. The certificate reflected that on March 9, 1964, in conformity with Section 192 of the Réligious Corporation Law, a meeting to decide for incorporation was held at 23~11 97th Street, Queens, New York.
