Subject spoke generally of NOI policies and programs, He statec that “they” were not concerned with making Nuslime out of white people, and not concerned with “little white Andi viduals" that try to advance the Negro, This statement was made in response to a question relative to whether or not whites ore elicible te join the NOI and whether or not the 01 rejects a1] white people, even those the are sincere in helping the Negro, Subject also claimed tht Nuslims never attack, | but have the God given right to retaliate against anyone attacking them. The liay 13, 1963, edition of “The Evening Star,” contained an article reflecting that subject claimed he vould testify on May 16, 1963, before the House of Representatives Subcommittee investigating Juvenile Delinquency, — The May 16, 1963, edition of "The Evering’ Star" contained an article which reflected that subject claimed that while in California he had been invited to testify before Nepresentative CREEN's Committee on Juvenile Delinquency, but on that date he only had a private conference with Representative GREEN due to "a sreal deal of pressure” which was exerted to prevent him from teatifying, Subject indisated that this pressure came from Attorney General ROBERT KENNEDY CONRDENTIAL
