Observer was walking thru the Golden Gate Park, when he observed a mysterious light that illuminated the entire ocean (insofar as ne could see) He felt something “like an electric are” which seemed to have the power to lower his hand “like a sack of shot", Observer states that he is subject to bruises amd where the thing seemed to have contacted him he noticed a bruise the following day that nad not been there before, Be stated that he couldn’t find courage to report the incident since he didn't believe anyone would believe the story.
