In th st er reports on subject, he is described il 4°D ies :: not only the Minister of Temple No. 7 but als 8 national NOI official, the right-hand man and trouble shooter of ELIJAH MUHAMMAD and a spokesman for ELIJAH MUHAMMAD who travels extensively around the US. The last report on subject (report of SA a -<: 11/16/62, at NY) reflects the QI excte. s travels during the reported period which Was approximately March to October, 1962. During that period, in adaition to iV, he made appearances in 1] different cities (several of them more than once) in which he attended NOI affairs, held news conferences, appeared on local radio programs, and made spceehes before local college groups, Wherever subject visits, he attémpts to get local publicity through press conferences, public appearances and other communications, Whenever NOI members are in trouble or in the public eye, he also appears Ve as the representative of ELIJAH MUHAMMAD.
