REPORT ON AN ABNORMAL PHENOMENON Jane 28, 1949. GMO., Tokyo A telegrem was received from the Fukushima Weather Station (37%5'N, 140°28'E) stating as follows: At: about 7.30 Dem, a glow pale in colour was seen flying from northwest. toward southeast, which fell with a roar like thunders. The spot. of deacent seems to be Nakagori Village, Tamura County to the east. of Koriyama: (37°2k,'N, 140°23'E). Probably, it was a meteor. The detailed state is now under investigation.
