of Judge James K. Cullen to re-
frain {rom any contact with Miss
Susan Abramovilz, 17, whose pat-
lents alleged that the Murrays in-
duced the girl to leave home
and give up her Jewish religion.
Mrs. Murray Consents
Testimony at the heaving. yes-
terday disclosed thal William and
Susan were married in Frederick
after the order of Judge Cullen;
was issued and that Mrs. Murray:

Dr. A. Allan Spier, of the 1550

State's attorney, represented the
prosecuting office at the trial.

1In his June 2 order, Judgé Cul-
leh had temporarily placed Susan
in: the custody of an aunt and
uncle, and had directed that she
submit (0 an examination by Dr-'
Manfred S, Guttmacher, medical
adviser ta the Supreme Bench.
On the same day, Judge Cullen
rééeived a letter from Susan in-
forming him that she did not wish
tg, cause any more trouble and
that she was planning to “leave
this area permanently.”

eastern police district, testified
that on June 20, he received a tip
that Susan and William were at

Sergeant Kelly told the Court
he went ‘to the home with two
patrolmen and saw Susan in the
listing room, He testified she:
