Qne of the matters he is investigating is the murder of LILLIE BELLE ALLEN which happened on July 21, 1969. This investigation is being conducted under PSP Incident #H7~-87357. To date, no report has been written in thia matter and it is still under investigation. His investigation to date hae disclosed the following facts: \ : . On July 21, 1969, at approximately 93:1 La] p 8 ng e extreme left-hand side of the vehicle. * As the vehicle approached the W: Rédlroad tracks on North Newberry Street, observed a gang of white individuals who were fear that they would be shot. turn the vehicle around; however, stalled the motor. At this point the wa ng West on the railroad tracks and at the extreme Western side of the street. LILLIE BELLE ALLEN at this point, got out of the vehicle to come to the front seat and take the wheel whan gunfire broke out striking her in the right chest.
