They were sent to Supervisor W. C. Sullivan of Diviston Five with a suggestion that they,- be placed in the Records Section where they might prove of some vriue, (as they would be of greater service to more Superutsors if they were tndezecd in the Files. Mr. Sullivan agreed that these folders shpuld be plazed on record and maintained in.the Records Sections io a a re 4 . .
