telephonically advised that in the early morning of /
7-28-52, during a severe electrical storm in the area fee
of his residence, he had observed seven unusual flashes i
Sky, each flash being accompanied by a loud report,
Complainant, who appeared to be under the influence
of intoricants, called as a result of recent newspaper stories
regarding phenomena allegedly observed during past week in
this country.

with the complainant.
