Three counts concerned stolen jewelry, of the Hammond Company and the LIBERACE watch, which items were taken in scparate burglaries in Dallas, Texas, in February, 1974. On 12/17/74, in USDC, NDI, Chicago, Illinois, LEWIN sentenced to custody of AG for a period of five years on each of the two counts, which sentences were to run concurrently; imposition of the sentences suspended and subject placed on probation for a period of five years of which he is to be incarcerated for the first 177 days thereof. LEWIN scheduled to surrender himself at the U.S. Penitentiary, Marion, Illinois, on 1/17/74.
