NDI, Chicago, Illinois, signed the court order authorizing
the Title IZI coverage in connection with this matter. As
of April 4, 1974, this authorization was partially
inplemented, but due to technicay difficulties, it was not
completely operational until the “evefing of April 5, 1974.
