the brand name Tiffany and Company on the face and the
letter "L" in script on the back of this watch. She
advised that the watch depicted in these photographs
appears to be identical to the watch described in detail
as Item Number 9 in the loss inventory describing items
stolen from LEE LIBERACE on February 14-15, 197) at Dallas,
| Texas, with the exception that the fob was not attached
to the watch depicted in these photographs.

suspended from his neck with the face side clearly visible.
The other similar photograph reflects the back side of
