The October 22, 1971, edition of the Akron Beacon Journal, a daily newspaper of general distribution in the Akron, Ohio, area, reported that the U. S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, Cincinnati, Ohio, dismissed a second appeal by Ravenna attorney, SEABURY FORD, a special prosecutor for the Grand Jury, ''to let the controversial Kent State University grand jury report stand.'' This article went on to advise that “the court also confirmed a lower court decision vhich upheld grand jury indictments against 25 versors in the KSU treyedy.
