FOGLESONG identified the photograph of a
as heing one of the individuals wno piulicu the fire
hose away from the firemen at Kent State University (KSU) duvring
the burnina of the ROTC Building and thus hampered the efforts
of the firemen extinguishing the fire. However, TOGLESON
refused to sign a statement regarding the above identification.
He advised he is sequal ni th several of the other
ndividuals mentioned above, but i ne Gid net ohserve them
participate in the burning of the ROTC Building. We advised
he Coes not know who set fire to the ROTC Bullding, bat would
probably tell the FBI if he did know. FOGMESONG advised he
was once @ member of the Student Mobilization teoumittee (S12)
at KSU and is presently a twnember of the New More. He advised
the only Student for a DBoapeeratic Society member with whem he
is acquainted is with whom FPCOGLESONG attended .
