under investiqution and the identity of the interviewing
agents advised as follows:

"On Saturdoy, lay 2, 1970, between 6:20 p.m,
and 9:15 Peles fC was at the camus cf KOU near the heserve
Officers Training Corms (ROTC) buildina. I observed a
White male at this time anproach the hore buildina, Light
a white cloth which he carricd, and then reach through the
broken window, setting the curtains on the inside of the
building on fire. I have previously deseribed this white
male in a signed statement.
