At about 7:55 Pil, a group of approximately 300 to 500 individuals came to the Tri-Towers where §gggBand I joined them enroute in a group to the ROTC building, Kent Etate campus, The group appeared to be led by five or six white males who seemed to know right where they were going. These individuals were all white males with long hair between . tie ages of 19 and 23, names unknown, however, all had been seen by me in the Kent area prior to this date, and I feel certain I can identify all of them should I see them again.
