Detectives of the Hot Springs Police Depertrent and sew Richard Galetas ‘on the”

Geletas and that it was between one and two o'clock in the afternoon; that he .
Was sure the man he ‘saw was Galetes as he had seen Galetas frequently in Hot
Springs, Arkansas during the pest five years and could not be mistaken as to
Galetes' identity. Ee stated thet there were two other men at Mr. Akerat a
cottage with Galetas, one cf whom he did not know, and that the other men was
& man whom he recognized as having been a former employee at the Gerland County
Jail at Hot Springs end that this man hed also been a night wetchran at
wnittington Park, the local ball park at Hot Springs, in Decemter, 1933. He
said that he does not know the name of thie man but will ascertain woo this ~
man is and cormunicate the information to hr. Demby. He gaid tkat the man with
Galates wes not ove of the Deputy, Sheriffs of Garland County, but had been a’

Decender 9, 19535, Agent Donovan Owens of this office conducted the following |
