Dear Sir:
There is transmitted herefith a photo-
graphic negative enlargement of atmachine-guny ullet numbered
as "Exhibit 4," which exploded shell case was found at the
Union Railroad Station, Kensas City, Missouri, immediately af-
ter the massacre on June 17th. As the Division has been pre-
viously advised, this shell case is in the possession of
Merle A.1Gil1, Forensic Ballistician at Kansas City. Mr. Gill
made the fentarcenent of thispshel] cese, end, ae a matter of
courtesy, furnisies it to the Kensas City office. — ; Ps
