Miller at Karneas City, Missourt. In connection with the question of which of the latent finger- prints were identified et this office with those of Vernon C. Miller, attention is called to letter to the Division from the Karses City Office dated July §, 1922, transmitting two enlarge- ments of photogrsphs of latent fingerprints identified by Special Agent J. E. Brennan on June 29, 1923. The Kansas City Office — has a copy of each of these enlarged photographs bearing the originsl hotes for identification by Agent Brennan. There is also in possession of this office two copies of the same photographs in emall size with Agent Brennan's originel notes for identification purposes. To facilitate thie identification in the Division the emaller photographs bearing the initials of Agent Brennan, showing the identification with the right index fingerprint of Vernon ¢C, ,. Miller, are herewith transmitted. It is requested that these particular copies of photograpks be returned to the Kansas City Office for possible later use on trial of this case.
