Desr Sir ; Reference is hereby made to Division letter dated February 20, 1934, in the ease entitled, “Hazel Hudsor’ Underhill, et al, Harbor~ ing and Concealing WilbuMUnderhill, for Wham e Warrant of Arrest Had Been Issued", regarding the damage done to the house where Wilbur Under- hill was apprehended, which house ie owned by the Fidelity Building and Loan Association of Shawnee, Oklahoma. Mr. Hatler Smith, who rented thie houee from the Fidelity Building end Loan Association and in turn rented it to associates of . Wilbur Underhill, advised Agent Paul Hansen that the damage to thia house and fixtures would in his estimation be lees than $50.00 Agent Hansen discussed this matter with Mr. George E. McKinnis, Jr., attorney for the owner of this property, and also with Mr. George E. MecKinnis,Sr., president of the Fidelity Building and Loan Aseociation of Shawnee. Mr. McKinnis, Sr. advieed Agent Hansen that he had recently had an eappraisement made of the damages done to this house and fixtures, and that a memorandum hed been prepared in that regard by Mr. H. L. Roark, a carpenter. A copy of this memorandum was turned over te Agent Hansen and is now on file in the Oklahoma City office. <A oopy of it is as follows: ae February 24, 1934 # "Fidelity Bldg. & Loan Assoo.
