Mr, Ellery Criswell, desiatant County Attorney at ‘Senitnole, ade
vised Avent that a complaint had been filed against Huston G. Nash on July l,
22351 eharging him as N. ¢, Nash with larceny of tools and oi] well equipment
to the value of $1,669,00 and that Huston Nash hed made bond and failed to
appear for trial and that Seminole County etill wanted Huston Nash for trial,
_ dgent secured copies of eomplaint against Nash filed in Seminole
County, same being retained in the Oklahoms City file of this caste
Agent called at the Sheriff's Office in Konawa, Oklahoma relative
to information that George W. Nash, Sr., paid taxes in money given him by
Wilbur Underbill. Deputy Sheriff who collected the taxes from Nash was in
McAlester, Oklahoma and Agent was unable to interview, Instructions sere
left with Deputy Sheriff Moore to have him make a written statement and mail
same to the Oklahoma City office
. gent interviewed Patsy Greenan, Court Clerk at Coalgate, Coal County,
Okinhoma relative to the purchase of marriege license by Bruce Brady anc Hazel
Hudson. Mr. Greenan stated to Agent that be was postive that Bruce Brady
and Hazel Underhill] obtained the above license but that due to the fact that
@ good friend of Brice Brady's was a wery good friend of his, together with
the fact that public sentiment was very much in favor of Brady, he could not
very well afford to mke or sign a statement postively identifying Bruce Brady
and Hazel Underhill as the two people who obtained the license under the names
of Henry Underhill] and Beatrioe Hudson, Mr. Greenan also informed Agent thet
Sruce Brady had used the neme of Collins in and around Coalgate and many people
knew him as Sollins.
