Louie “Stace, alias Louie Stacey, alias Doc Staceye Stacei was arrested
on e Federal warrant at Chicago, Illinois, by Division agents and the
United Stetes Marshal on August 7, 1933; removed to Kansas City, Missouri,
where he was released on bond of $5,000.00 on Octoder 5, 1933, Stacel
aided in the conspiracy by notifying Miller at Kanes City, Missarri,
telephonically from Chicago, Illinois, of the apprehension of Nash at
Hot Springs, arkansas, on June 16, 1033, He reached Miller indirectly
through Mulloy at Kansas City after receiving information from Mra. Nash
at Hot Springs, Arkansase

Frenk BOMmalioy, eliaa Fritz bulloy, alias Fritz MaLloye Mulloy wae
_aTrested September 1, 1933, by agents of the Division, in company with
the United States Marshal at Kensas City, Missourie He was released on
$1,500.00 bond on September 2, 1933. Mulloy aided in the conspiracy by
acting as a contact man between Stacci and Miller when the former called
the latter by telephone on June 16, 1933, with reference to plans which
resulted in the slayingse He acted as a shield for Miller when Miller fled |
from Kansas City after the massacre, having received Millerte perscnal ~
effecta for safe keeping after Miller fled. In Milloy's house, shortly
after the massacre, agents of the Division, assisted by local officera,
Jocated and arrested James (Fur) Sammons, mentioned below,
Mrae Frances Wash, alias Mra. Frances Ture, alias Mrs, Frances Harrison,
alias Urs. George WMiller, alias Frames Milulich“Millere Mre. Nash was
located by Division agents at Wenone, Illinoia, on July 10, 1933. she
voluntarily accompanied the agents to Kansas City, Missoiri, where she was
placed under arrest under a Federal warrant.on July 11, 1933. she furnished
bond of $2,500.00 at Kansas City on August &, 1933. Mrae Nash waived
immunity and testified before the United States Grand Jury in this cases
She hae been promi sed by the United States Attormey of Kansas City that she
will not be prosecuted in this case, provided that in hia opinion she
furnishes truthful and helpful testimony in the trial of other defendants
in thie cases Mrse Nash, with Galatas, secured the aid of Stacci and the
Farnere, montioed below, and through them the aid of Miller which culminated
in the assassinations at the Union Station Plaza.
Mra.e E. B.-Conner, elias Mre. Louise Conner, alias Lou“conner, alias Mary
Oconner, alias Geralding°Lewis. °Mre. Conner was apprekended by Division
agentes and local officers at Memphis, Tennessee, on Novenber 13, 19335, she
was removed to Kansas City, Missouri, where she furnished bond of $2,500.00
on December 12, 1933. Mrs. Conner at the instance of Galatas allowed the
use of her telephone at Hot Springs, arkanaas, for the purpose of forming
the plans which resulted in the mmers st the Union Stations
