DELIVER FEDERAL PRISONER Please refer to my letter of Jenuary le, 1934, 1 wi th reference to” _ certain information furnished yaa informant Fe ot get RE The informant was taken to Harrisonville, Miesourt, chortly after : January 12th to be used as a witness, if necessary, in the case involving - Earl RitjBrashear and others, who were charged in the State Court at - =” Harrison¥iile with abduction and asssult with a deadly weapone The eubjects : in that case are mentioned in Kansas City file entitled Earl Rit Brashear, et al, Theft from Interstate Commerce, White Slave Traffic Acte as the ~~ Division was notified on January 29th, Brashear and two confederates... pleaded guilty in the State Court and received life sentencese It was not necessary for informant F to testify. That informant, as outiined in ny. letter of January 12th, was instrumental in clearing up the state case a ; which resulted so successfully in prosecutions.
