C Cleggts inatructions, I telephoned Mr. Colvin who advised that the bonds would be promptly for- . warded to the United States Attorney at Kansas City, Missouri; — that the only reason the suit in replevin was to be filed at Oklahoma City was for the purpose of deducting from the bonda recovered a sufficient amount to pay the hospital at Shawnee, Oklehoma the money which the Division or the Department will eventually heve to pay.
