patrolman of the Shawnee Police Department, for larceny of an automobile, an
at which time he received gunshot wounds in his leg and remained in the :

There is no record of Frank Nash or Charles B. Ragar at ard
Shawnee, Oklahoma, C. G. Pitman, who was County Attorney at the time, woe.
as well as Tully J. Darden, who was Sheriff of the County in 1919 an a ;
1920, and F. A. Budd, who is at present Chief of Police at Shawnee, all
informed they haf no recollection of Nash or Edger and were of the opinion
that no one was connected with Webber in this Matter; thet so far as their :
records end memory were concerned, they have” no knowledge of Frank Nesh,
as Cherles B. Bager, having been turned o over to them by the Joplin, Mo.
