Special Agent in Charge Colvin, of Oklahoma City, ad~ . j vised by telephone that they learned yesterday that Wilbur‘Under- . hill and his gang had perpetrated two benk robberies recently in Oklehoma, one at}Harrah, Oklahoma, on December llth, when they kidnaped the watdhman and ‘attempted to steal a safe, which was too heavy and was abandoned by them. They immediately proceeded, how ever, tojToalgate, Oklahoma, where they robbed another bank and this timd secured $4,000. Agent Colvin stated that they received word yesterday that Underhill might be in the home of one Bruce Brady at Ada, Oklahoma. They formed a posse and went to the house. Underhill fect out of the, back door and away in a car, but they arrested at the time Brucel Brady, who is a brother of George Brady, one of the Lansing, Kansas’escapes who was recently captured in New Mexico, and George} Nesh and rarirsig meer They are holding Brady under a charge of harboring a fugitives as they found that Brady had acted as best man at the wedding-of Underhill on November 18th. They have not charged either of the Nashes,for reason of the fact that these men are working with them and they ascertained that Underhill had returned to this house at three o'clock this morn- ing to obtain his overcoat, at which time he threatened Brady. However, they have obtained information concerning his proposed destination, which is about twenty-five miles outside of Oklahoma City, and a posse has been formed, and they may capture Underhill today.
