and her mvements watched for a considerable period in New York City,
Burlington, Vermont, atlantic City and Newark, New Jersey, at which ~
latter place, she disappeared by means of a ruse on August 7, 1933.
Nothing further was heard of her until September, 1933, when it was
learned that VIVIAN MATHEWS had a close friend named BOBBIE MOORE, Who 3.

and had been living at this apartment aince August 27, 1933, having ~
been introduced to the Menagement of the Sherone Apartments by BOBBIE .
_WOORE. A surveillance was maintained on Vivian and Bobbie, who occupied |
separate apartments, add on October 31,.1935,.a man identified as MILIER
arrived et the Sherone Apartments, was greeted by Bobbie !joore and taken
into her apertment and later Vivian was notified by Bobbie that tiller
was there... Shortly after the arrival of Miller, Bobbie Moore was seen
_ to approach a Ford V-8 Coupe with New York license plates, and to take
« heavy valise from this Ford and carry seme into apartment 211 in the
Sherone Apertments, which was the spertment. ‘Socupien, by VIVIAN MATHEWS «
