He stated his Agents were ‘scattered and he would prefer to have Agent in Charge Keith, if it were possible to permit that action. I discussed this matter with Mr. Nathan, who subsequently, I understand, talked with you concerning it, and Mr. Nathan called the Detroit Office on the telephone and advised that it would be satisfactory for agent Keith to proceed to Toledo, assuming that tir. Keith could cancel the arrangements which he had made for apoli- cants et Pittsburgh tomorrow morning. ifr.
